Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 15, 2026
1. Who we are and how to contact us
SuperCEO Agent operates the website at https://superceoagent.com and offers a managed AI chief of staff service for business users. This policy explains information handling for this website, demo inquiries, and newsletter signups. References to “we,” “us,” and “our” mean SuperCEO Agent.
For privacy questions, access or deletion requests, or help changing your communication preferences, call +1 (877) 729-6770 and ask for the person responsible for privacy. Please identify the email address used for your inquiry or subscription, but do not send passwords or sensitive customer records.
2. Information you provide
When you request a demo, the form collects your name, work email address, company, company size, and the operational problem or time sink you describe. You can also provide information about the tools you use. Submitted demo inquiries are recorded in our website database and sent to our CRM service so the team can respond.
When you subscribe to the newsletter, we collect and store your email address. If you contact our team, information you choose to provide in that communication may be needed to respond.
Please limit free-text submissions to information needed for your inquiry. Do not submit passwords, API keys, payment-card details, government identifiers, patient records, or confidential information about other people through these public forms.
3. Visit, campaign, and technical information
The website records campaign parameters when they are present in the page address, including utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_term, utm_content, gclid, and fbclid. It also records the referring page and the initial landing-page path. These details are held in your browser's session storage and included with a demo inquiry you submit.
Campaign attribution is separate from the optional analytics and advertising tags described below. Declining those tags does not prevent the website from recording session attribution or including it with an inquiry.
Our application and hosting or network providers process technical information needed to deliver requests and operate the website. This can include IP addresses, requested URLs, timestamps, browser information, and request or error logs. The demo endpoint uses an IP address temporarily to limit repeated submissions and a hidden form field to help identify automated submissions.
4. How information is used
We use inquiry information to respond to demo requests, understand the workflows and tools you want to discuss, coordinate follow-up, and maintain a record of the inquiry. We use newsletter signup information to manage your subscription and related communications.
Technical and request information supports website delivery, troubleshooting, abuse prevention, and measurement of how visitors reach the site. When optional measurement is configured and you consent, events such as demo-button clicks, pricing views, and successful demo requests help measure website and campaign activity.
A demo request does not itself authorize access to your email inbox, calendar, CRM, or other business systems.
5. Service providers and other disclosures
The website uses Replit for application hosting and database infrastructure, and Cloudflare for network delivery and related services. Those providers process information involved in delivering and operating the website.
Demo inquiry details, including the form fields and associated attribution, are sent to the CRM service at crm.chainmagic.studio. Newsletter email addresses are stored in the website database.
If configured and enabled with your consent, Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Meta Pixel receive website measurement information. Their technologies can process browser or device identifiers, page addresses, IP addresses, and interaction information. The website's analytics-event code does not include the name, work email, company, or free-text inquiry fields in its event payloads; this does not prevent providers from receiving technical information through their tags.
Information may also be disclosed when necessary to respond to a legal requirement, address misuse or a security issue, or establish or protect legal rights. The information shared depends on the circumstances.
Third-party services apply their own terms and privacy notices to their processing. Ask our team for information about the providers relevant to your proposed service before connecting business systems.
6. Cookies, browser storage, and your choices
The website stores your optional-tracking choice in local storage under superceo-marketing-consent. It stores campaign attribution in session storage under superceo-attribution. A temporary session marker, superceo-lead-submitted, helps distinguish a successful form submission from a direct visit to the thank-you page.
Google and Meta tags loaded by the website's application code require both a configured tracking identifier and your affirmative consent. You can decline and still browse or submit a demo inquiry. Use the “Cookie choices” control to revisit your selection. Declining reloads the page so the application does not reload those optional tags.
Changing your choice does not erase information already received by a provider or automatically remove cookies it previously set. Browser settings can help you inspect, block, or delete cookies and local storage. Clearing local storage can reset your saved consent choice; blocking session storage can affect attribution and conversion measurement.
Hosting, network delivery, security, and request processing are separate from the optional advertising and analytics tags controlled by this banner.
7. Connected services and customer business data
This website policy does not replace a customer agreement or data-processing agreement for a configured AI service. The data involved in that service depends on the workflows, permissions, providers, and written arrangements agreed for the customer.
Before authorizing access to business systems, ask the team to explain what information is processed, who receives it, retention and deletion arrangements, approval boundaries, and the security documentation applicable to your configuration. Do not treat a website description as evidence of a certification, contractual protection, or particular model-training restriction.
8. Retention, deletion, and security
Inquiry and subscription records are kept to support the purposes described here, the ongoing business relationship, and applicable recordkeeping or legal requirements. This website does not specify a fixed automatic deletion period for those records.
You can contact us to request deletion or information about retention for your records. A request needs review across the website database and, for demo inquiries, the CRM; submitting a request does not itself erase those systems. Applicable legal requirements or the need to establish or defend a legal claim may affect what can be deleted.
Technical safeguards have limitations. Review current security documentation with the team before sharing sensitive information or connecting business systems. This policy does not assert a particular encryption standard, certification, or regulatory approval.
9. Your privacy rights and communications
Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, or a copy of personal information, restrict or object to certain processing, withdraw consent, or appeal a decision about your request. You may also be able to complain to the privacy regulator responsible for your location.
Call +1 (877) 729-6770 to make a request or to ask us to stop newsletter or other optional marketing communications. We may need information to verify that a request concerns your records or that you are authorized to act for someone else. Please provide information proportionate to the request, rather than sending sensitive identity documents without instructions.
Where a privacy law requires a legal basis, processing depends on the purpose: responding to an inquiry or a requested service, legitimate operational and security interests, compliance with legal obligations, or consent for optional tracking where required. The rights and exceptions that apply depend on the relevant law.
Some laws define advertising-related disclosure as “sharing” or a “sale” even without a payment. The optional tracking described above should be considered when exercising those choices. Use “Cookie choices” to decline optional tags and contact us with any additional request. This policy does not claim a verified exemption from those laws.
10. International processing
Hosting, CRM, and measurement providers may process information in countries other than your own. Data-location requirements and any applicable transfer safeguards should be reviewed with our team and the relevant provider before submitting regulated information or connecting business systems. This policy does not promise storage in a particular country.
11. Children
The website is intended for business users and is not directed to people under 18. Please do not use the inquiry or newsletter forms if you are under 18. If you believe a child has provided personal information through this website, contact us so the record can be reviewed and deletion requested where appropriate.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy to reflect changes in the website, its processing, or applicable requirements. The updated text and revision date will be posted on this page. Where additional notice or consent is required by applicable law, that requirement applies.
For questions about this policy or your information, call SuperCEO Agent at +1 (877) 729-6770.
