For founders and CEOs
An AI executive assistant for CEOs
SuperCEO Agent helps founders keep the company moving. It brings inbox triage, scheduling, CRM upkeep, and follow-ups into one considered workflow, so the decisions that need you get your attention.
The problem
The work behind the work
For a CEO, operational work rarely arrives as one big project. It comes as a reply that needs a decision, a meeting that needs moving, a CRM record nobody updated, or a follow-up that was promised but never sent. Each interruption is small. Together they consume the time you meant to spend on customers, hiring, and strategy.
An AI executive assistant for CEOs is not meant to automate every conversation. Its job is to sort the routine from the consequential, prepare work for your review, and make open loops visible before they turn into missed opportunities. Delegation should not cost you visibility, and a well-scoped assistant is built around that principle.
What it coordinates
Five workflows, one operating view
SuperCEO Agent focuses on the recurring coordination that fills a founder's day. Each workflow below is scoped during onboarding, and support for your specific tools should be confirmed with the team before anything is connected.
- Inbox
- Surface important threads, organize the noise, and prepare replies for review. The goal is to make the next decision easier, not to generate more messages for you to read.
- Calendar
- Handle meeting requests, find open time, and keep the day's commitments visible, reducing the back-and-forth that follows every introduction.
- CRM
- Turn conversations into proposed record updates and keep follow-up context close to the relationship, without giving up oversight of what changes.
- Follow-ups
- Track open loops after meetings and conversations, then prepare timely next steps. Follow-ups still need the right context, timing, and approval rules.
- Morning briefings
- Bring outstanding decisions, upcoming commitments, and unresolved threads into one readable view. A useful starting position, not another dashboard to maintain.
How approvals work
You decide what leaves your hands
Every deployment starts with boundaries. Together you define what the agent can draft, what must be escalated, and what always needs your sign-off. Human Approval Mode is the default starting point: drafts and sensitive actions are prepared for your review before they are sent or applied.
From there, the agent monitors the agreed work queue and prepares next actions around the clock, subject to the rules you set. Briefings and escalations show you what needs a decision. As you learn which actions should stay with people, you adjust the instructions. Full Autonomy Mode is an option to discuss, not a requirement, and nothing about the service assumes you will want it.
Before an agent touches sensitive conversations, establish who grants access, what it can see, and what happens when access ends. Ask the team for current security documentation and data-handling terms rather than relying on assumptions.
Choosing an approach
AI assistant, human assistant, or automation
A human executive assistant brings relationship judgment. Rule-based automation excels at repeatable triggers. An AI chief of staff is intended to help organize context and prepare operational work between those two models. Which approach fits depends on the task, the risk involved, and how much personal judgment it needs. Many CEOs will keep people on sensitive relationships and use an AI assistant for the high-volume coordination around them.
| Consideration | SuperCEO Agent | Human executive assistant | Zapier-style automation |
|---|---|---|---|
| Suited to | Preparing and coordinating scoped operational tasks | Sensitive judgment and personal relationships | Predictable, event-triggered handoffs |
| How it works | Uses context and operating rules defined for your workflow | Uses human discretion and direct collaboration | Follows predefined steps and triggers |
| Oversight | Define approval and escalation boundaries | Delegate and review with a person | Monitor exceptions and broken workflows |
Which plan fits
Matching the plan to the team
Growth Node is designed for founders and lean teams replacing repetitive admin work. It covers inbox triage and drafting, calendar and scheduling assistance, CRM hygiene, follow-up queues, and human approval controls for up to 5 seats at $996 per month.
Enterprise Core suits growing teams coordinating across multiple workflows. It includes everything in Growth Node plus expanded workflow coverage, cross-team routing, operational briefings, and priority implementation planning for up to 10 seats at $1,398 per month.
Review additional-seat pricing, usage allowances, onboarding charges, billing terms, and the cancellation policy with the team before purchase. A useful way to judge fit is against your own baseline: time spent on inbox triage, missed follow-ups, response quality, and the decisions you still need to make.

What is an AI chief of staff?
An AI chief of staff helps coordinate recurring operational work such as inbox triage, scheduling, CRM updates, and follow-ups while escalating decisions that need a person.
How is this different from Zapier?
Rule-based automations follow predefined triggers. An AI executive assistant can interpret context, propose next steps, and work across multiple tools under your approval rules.
Can I approve actions before they are sent?
Yes. Human Approval Mode is designed for reviewing drafts and sensitive actions before they are sent or applied.
What tools does it connect to?
The intended workflow can cover email, calendars, and CRM tools. Ask the team to confirm support for each specific tool in your stack.
Is my data secure?
Security depends on the tools, permissions, and deployment arrangement you choose. Ask our team for the current security documentation and data-handling terms before connecting sensitive systems.
Can my team use it?
Yes. Plans support up to 5, 10, or 15 seats respectively; discuss additional requirements with the team.
