Managed service
A done-for-you AI chief of staff
For organizations that want the operating rules designed with them, not handed to them. Command Protocol includes a bespoke agent build, custom operating rules, advanced workflow design, and white-glove onboarding.
Why managed
Delegation without the setup project
Most founders do not have spare time to design an operating system for their own inbox. The appeal of a done-for-you AI chief of staff is that the design work is shared: you bring the context and the judgment calls, and the team helps translate them into an agent that works the way your company already works.
A managed AI executive assistant still runs on the same principle as every SuperCEO Agent deployment. It should sort the routine from the consequential, prepare work for review, and make open loops visible. What changes is how much of the scoping, rule-writing, and workflow design is built specifically around you.
Command Protocol
What a custom AI agent for executives includes
Command Protocol is designed for organizations requiring a tailored agent build. It includes everything in Enterprise Core, covers up to 15 seats, and is published at $2,896 per month. Review additional-seat pricing, usage allowances, onboarding charges, billing terms, and the cancellation policy with the team before purchase.
- Bespoke agent build
- The agent is built for your deployment rather than configured from a generic template. A bespoke agent build is included in Command Protocol.
- Custom operating rules
- Your definitions of what can be drafted, what must be escalated, and what always needs sign-off become the rules the agent works within.
- Advanced workflow design
- Workflows that span inboxes, calendars, records, and teams are mapped deliberately, so routing and handoffs reflect how decisions actually move.
- White-glove onboarding
- Onboarding is guided by the team, from identifying context to refining instructions after the first workflows run.
How it runs
Four steps from context to cadence
Every deployment follows the same four-step workflow. In a managed engagement, the team works through each step with you rather than leaving it as a checklist.
- 01
Connect the context
Identify the inboxes, calendars, and records the agent would need. Scope access to the workflows you want to delegate, and verify support for your specific tools before connecting them.
- 02
Set the boundaries
Define what can be drafted, what must be escalated, and what always needs your sign-off. Start with Human Approval Mode before considering any wider permission.
- 03
Run the workflow
Let the agent monitor the agreed work queue and prepare next actions around the clock, subject to the rules you set. Full Autonomy Mode is an option to discuss, not a requirement.
- 04
Review and refine
Use briefings and escalations to see what needs a decision. Adjust instructions as your team learns which actions should stay with people.
Before we start
What we'll ask you for
A done-for-you build is only as good as the context behind it. Expect the team to ask for three things early, and expect to revisit them as the agent runs.
- Your tools
- The inboxes, calendars, CRM systems, and communication tools the agent would need. Support and permissions depend on your provider and deployment, so each tool is verified before it is connected.
- The workflows to delegate
- Where the days get crowded: inbox triage, scheduling, CRM upkeep, follow-ups, vendor communications, briefings. Access is scoped to the workflows you choose.
- Your approval boundaries
- What the agent may draft, what it must escalate, and what always waits for your sign-off. Human Approval Mode is the starting point.
Oversight
Managed does not mean unsupervised
Handing off the setup is not the same as handing off control. Human Approval Mode remains the default, so drafts and sensitive actions are reviewed before they are sent or applied. Full Autonomy Mode is an option to discuss, not a requirement. Briefings and escalations keep you informed about what needs a decision, and instructions can be adjusted as your team learns which actions should stay with people.
Before an agent touches sensitive conversations, establish who grants access, what it can see, how approvals work, and what happens when access ends. Request current documentation on encryption, retention, subprocessors, compliance certifications, and model-training policies. Validate regulated or sensitive use cases with your own team.
If a managed build is more than you need, Growth Node and Enterprise Core offer lighter starting points. The demo is the place to decide, measured against your own baseline rather than borrowed promises.
Questions founders ask
How long does setup take?
Timing depends on your systems, approval requirements, and the scope of your deployment.
What is included in each plan?
Growth Node covers up to 5 seats at $996 per month. Enterprise Core covers up to 10 seats at $1,398 per month. Command Protocol covers up to 15 seats at $2,896 per month and includes a bespoke agent build.
Can I approve actions before they are sent?
Yes. Human Approval Mode is designed for reviewing drafts and sensitive actions before they are sent or applied.
What tools does it connect to?
The intended workflow can cover email, calendars, and CRM tools. Ask the team to confirm support for each specific tool in your stack.
Is my data secure?
Security depends on the tools, permissions, and deployment arrangement you choose. Ask our team for the current security documentation and data-handling terms before connecting sensitive systems.
Does it make phone calls?
Call-handling workflows may be available depending on the deployment. Ask for a live demonstration of the phone workflow you need.
